Estimate Policy
We charge $100 for all estimates.
If the installation agreement is successfully signed, this $100.00 will be deducted in your future payments. Otherwise we will not return you.
If the customer wants to cancel the estimate, you have to inform us 2 hours earlier.
If you cannot call, this $100.00 is also not refundable.
Return Policy
STAIRS& IRON will only accept returns within 30 days of the sales date. Return items must be accompanied by an original sales receipt.
Special order are not refundable.
A 20% restocking and administration fee will be applied on all returns and cancelled orders, however Iron baluster less than 5 pieces return will not apply any fee.
STAIRS&IRON reserves the right to inspect all return merchandise upon receipt before issuing and reimbursement.
All following items as well as clearance items are not refundable and exchangeable.

· All flooring accessories
· Special orders
· Custom cut order

Will be charged 3% transaction fee.
